How much does shipping cost?
We offer our customers free shipping with shipment tracking. There are NO shipping costs. Hooray!
Shipping process
We will begin packing your order immediately, so cancellations can only be made within 5 minutes of placing the order. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. In this confirmation you will also find a track & trace number, which allows you to easily track the current status and location of your order.
We only ship on working days and not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
On average, we need 1-3 working days to process your order. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order contains popular items that are out of stock. Orders are dispatched as soon as the availability of the goods is confirmed.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates due to the different locations of the production partners.
Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 14 working days, depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are neither stated nor guaranteed.

Although we will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, public holidays, bad weather, labour disputes, protests, etc., and these interruptions may result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs duties, taxes and other fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for all import taxes and return shipping charges incurred.
