Which countries are shipped to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped free of charge.
How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). The estimated delivery time is 4-14 working days.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our website or via the tracking portal of the respective courier service. If you have any questions about your order, please contact support@larado.uk.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

What is the right of return and which items are excluded from return?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Personalised items and underwear cannot be returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

Please contact us immediately at support@larado.uk with a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange an exchange or refund.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of the return to your original payment method.
