Refund policy
Style, size and photo changes
Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a customised product that goes into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.
Address changes
If you wish to change your delivery address, please send us an e-mail with your order number, the current delivery address and the address you wish to change. We can change the address until your order leaves our premises!
Damaged/incorrectly printed items
If the product arrives damaged, we will reprint the item and send it free of charge. Please contact us with a photo of the item and the order number. We will reprint your item and send it to you within seven working days.
If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, we offer various solutions. Send an e-mail to our e-mail address support@larado.uk and attach a photo of your item with a description of the problem and your order number.
Return conditions
Returns are of course possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, the customer bears the shipping costs for the return to China.

Disclaimer for product images
Please note that whilst we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that any photograph in production will accurately reflect the actual colour or appearance of the goods. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the colour, material or size of an item.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will be happy to replace it and ensure your order arrives with you. If you do not want a replacement parcel, we ask you to wait 30 days before we refund the order, as the parcel may still be delivered. Please email us every 7 days if you have received the order in the meantime. Our customer service team will contact you regularly during these four weeks to monitor the progress of your order and keep you informed. However, if a Proof of Delivery is received from the transport service, the responsibility for further communication with the transport service lies with the customer.
Cancellations/Returns
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, the processing procedure will start and after that a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
You are responsible for reporting damaged or unsatisfied products. The cost of returning the order is always borne by the customer.
