You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Personalised items and underwear are excluded from return. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada. All orders within these countries are shipped free of charge.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). The estimated delivery time is 4-14 working days.
